Outdoor setups are allowed year‑round. During the summer months (June–August), all outdoor soft play setups must be placed under a covered area such as a patio or pavilion. If no covered area is available, you must provide or rent a canopy/tent. If you are providing your own canopy, it must be fully set up before we arrive. If there is no canopy in place upon arrival, you will be required to rent ours or the setup will be declined. This policy protects your little ones, as soft play equipment becomes extremely hot under direct sunlight. Tree shade is not accepted because pollen, dirt, and falling debris can damage the equipment.

Outdoor setups are allowed only when the forecast shows no more than a 20% chance of rain and winds under 15 mph. Wet or windy conditions make our soft play equipment unsafe for children, so the weather must stay clear from one hour before setup until one hour after pickup. If there’s any chance of rain, you must have an indoor backup location ready. We do not offer refunds for items that cannot be used indoors. If no indoor option is available, we may cancel the booking and issue a credit so you can reschedule within 12 months. For severe weather events—such as tropical storms or hurricanes—we reserve the right to cancel if conditions are unsafe.

To reserve your event, we require a 50% non‑refundable retainer, along with a signed contract and signed waiver at the time of booking. Your remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event date to keep your reservation confirmed

If you need to reschedule your event 8 days or more before the original date, your 50% retainer will be fully credited toward the new date. If the reschedule request is made within 7 days or less, the retainer is forfeited and must be paid again to secure a new date. Any additional payments you’ve made will be applied to a new event date within 90 days. All rescheduled dates depend on availability and will be coordinated between you and Party Playground Company.

If you decide to cancel your event, the 50% retainer is non‑refundable and will be forfeited. When cancellations are made 8 days or more before the event, only the retainer is lost and no additional payments are required. If the cancellation happens within 7 days or less of the event date, all payments made are non‑refundable and will be forfeited.

To keep our soft play equipment clean, safe, and in great condition, the following rules must be followed inside the play area: • Shoes and heels are not allowed • No food or drinks inside the play zone • No face paint, glitter, or confetti • Only children 5 years old and under may use the equipment • Climbing or jumping over the play fence is not permitted
